Q: Is Becoming 1® available in other languages?
A: Currently, Becoming 1® is only available in English. We will definitely explore options to make our service more diverse and accessible in due course!
Q: What is the difference between Becoming 1® and any other wedding planner?
A: Though Becoming 1® can help you create just the perfect wedding, our services overlap very little with wedding planners.
Most other wedding planners connect couples with wedding vendors that cater to your needs. Becoming 1® connects you with the people who truly matter in your life: your guests.

Q: When should I start to plan my wedding with Becoming 1®?
A: It’s definitely never too early to sign with us, and it will never be too late to sign up… if we have at least 3 months of preparation time before the wedding event!

Q: What will I have to provide you with after I’ve signed for a package?
A: What we require from you are two things for the platform to truly become yours. First, you will need to provide us with a guest list with some key details of your invitees, and we’ll help you out with the rest.
Then, our Client Relations will be in touch to help facilitate the artistic process of creating your very own premium wedding invitation video and card invitations as part of the next step in your wedding journey!
Q: How do I import my guests’ details into the Becoming 1® system?
A: Once you’re signed up with us, our Client Relations officers will be in touch with you and provide you with a special template for you to enter your guests’ details into.
You only need to come back to us with the completed template, and we’ll take it from there!
Q: Does the use of the app end after the completion of the wedding event?
A: Don’t worry about it! Sure, the app is designed to serve your needs up to the wedding event. However, have no fear, because we have several add-ons for post wedding services, too!

Q: Can I moderate some of the photo or video comments made by my friends?
A: Sure! As the wedding couple, you hold the rights to delete any comment on your wedding. Other than that, the ability to delete comments will rest with the post’s owner.
Q: Do we get to choose our own wedding vendors?
A: Of course! Becoming 1® is very different from wedding vendors; we don’t sell dresses, suits, food or decoration, but we aim to complement your wedding needs by connecting you with your guests— even before the wedding!
Q: I am a guest invited to a wedding. How do I sign up?
A: Simply download our app, scan a wedding invitation card, and you will be prompted to log in or sign up. Follow the on-screen instructions, and you will be all signed up and ready to use our amazing service!
Q: Can I use my laptop or computer instead of using my phone to access the site?
A: Currently, Becoming 1® is only available as a mobile app for guests.
Q: Is the app free to use?
A: If you’re an invited guest, Becoming 1® is absolutely free!
Q: There are so many other free online wedding services, why should I pay for yours?
A: Firstly, you’ll get a premium wedding invitation video to start off all celebrations! We have a team ready to work with you to bring all your wildest ideas to life. Yes, we mean it!
Next, you’ll get an all-in-one, secure platform for all the indispensable, essential features needed for your guests to share in the joys of your wedding. This platform will be the nucleus of your entire wedding, and you can control all content that you want to share with the people who matter.
Last but not least, you’ll get us, the wonderful people behind this project—even the super cute person writing this— working with you as the figurative icing atop of the cake.
Q: What payment options do you accept?
A: We accept cash, cheque, credit card (Mastercard and Visa), and a direct bank transfer in Singapore Dollars.
Q: The app is down or I’m having problems with it, what can I do to solve this?
A: As with all apps, we may experience some difficulties from time to time. However, with our full IT team and Client Relations team at our back, there is no doubt that we will get our problems solved. Do write in to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will address these problems as fast as we can.
Q: What devices are compatible with your app?
A: Our Becoming 1® app is available on iOS and Android. In addition, wedding couples will also be able to use a web portal on their computers and laptops, too!
